Unsubscribing from marketing emails:
You can opt out of promotional and marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of those messages. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive marketing updates, promotions, or newsletters.
Why you may not see an unsubscribe option:
If you don’t see an unsubscribe link, the email you received is likely a transactional email. These emails are essential to your account and include things like:
- Order confirmations
- Weekly billing receipts
- Order reminders
- Account updates (such as password resets)
Because these messages are necessary for using the service, they cannot be unsubscribed from individually.
If you no longer wish to receive any emails:
The only way to stop all communications, including transactional emails, is to deactivate your account.
How to deactivate your account:
- Log in to your Yay account
- Go to My Account
- Navigate to the “Profile” section
- Under Order Management, select “Delete Account”
Please note that deactivating your account is permanent and will remove your access to ordering and account history.
